On a bright Saturday morning, the doors of New Hope Fellowship opened to a hall full of children — running, laughing, and ready for the morning ahead. SuperKids is back on the calendar — and the kids of Brookside Hills came in force.
On Saturday, May 2, 2026, kids ages 4 to 11 streamed into our hall at 273 Sunset corner New York Street in Brookside Hills, Cainta. Some came with friends, some with siblings, and many came carrying flyers handed to them on the street. By 9:00 in the morning, the room was alive with the sound that has always defined this ministry — joy.
Back on the Saturday Calendar
SuperKids has been part of the story of New Hope to Asia for decades. Generations of children from Cainta and the surrounding neighborhoods have grown up with this program — through Christmas parties at the covered court, through Saturday gatherings in the church hall, through games and songs and Scripture verses memorized over snack-time. After a short break following the December Christmas Party, the weekly Saturday rhythm picked up again on May 2 — and the response from the community made it clear the kids were ready.
The invitation went out in the warmest, most familiar way possible: printed flyers, handed person to person, with the message — “Kita-kits tayo!” (“See you there!”). For some of the kids this was a return to a familiar hall; for others, it was a first visit. Either way, the welcome was the same.
Palaro, Premyo, Pagkatuto, Regalo
The Saturday rhythm is shaped around four simple promises printed on the promo materials — four things the kids can expect every time they come:
- Palaro — games that get the whole room moving, laughing, and working together.
- Premyo — small prizes that celebrate effort, courage, and teamwork.
- Pagkatuto — a Bible lesson taught warmly, in a language the kids understand, with room for questions.
- Regalo — a small gift to take home, so every child leaves carrying something tangible from the morning.
It is a simple structure, and that is the point. Saturday SuperKids has always been a place where children are welcomed by name, taught with care, and sent home loved. The format works because it makes room for the things that matter most: laughter, learning, and the steady reminder that they are seen by God and by the people who serve them each week.

SuperKids meets every Saturday morning, 9:00 to 11:00 AM, at New Hope Fellowship in Brookside Hills. Children ages 4 to 11 are warmly welcome — bring a friend, bring a sibling, bring the kids from down the street. There is space for everyone, and the morning is free.
